SEC2008 CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE:
In order to publish your paper on the SEC08 conference, you must register no later than July 6, 2008, and present your paper on the SEC08 conference on 7-8 Oct. 2008.

 Extra Page Charge  RMB 700 per Page x No. of Pages (at most 2 pages)

For each of your papers to be included in the proceeding, one full registration (regular registration or student registration) must be received before July 6, 2008.
 All Registration will receive one proceeding of the SEC08 Conference. Regular paper consists of at most 6 pages. Extra pages will be purchased at 700 yuan (or 100 USD) per page if there are more than 6 pages in one paper.

Notice:

1. The regular register fee is US$550 (US$450 for students) if you pay by 6th July, 2008, and after that the regular registration fee will be US$600 (US$500 for students) ; and for your paper to be included in the proceedings, the registration must be received by 6th July,2008

2. Please fax or mail us the information of payment and we will confirm you about it via e-mail.

3. You will need a visitor visa to enter People's Republic of China, please download and fill the Invitation_Letter_for_visa.doc first, and then send it to us by email. We will sign it and send it back to you. If you need an official Invitation_Letter_for_Visa, please email to niujianwei@buaa.edu.cn to request it specially.

4.Refund policy:
(1) For each paper published in the proceedings, we require one full registration (the primary registration) , and the fee for the primary registration will NOT be refunded.
(2) Other than the primary registration, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if requested before 6th, July
